Continuous Education Center of University of Technology Hosts the Newly Employees Certification and Training Program of Oil Ministry (Second Group)
According to the directives of his excellency the Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani to train the newly appointed employees and based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between governmental institutions and research and study centers, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the direction of the Vice President for Scientific affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Khoula Salah Khshan, the Newly Employees Certification and Training Program of Oil Ministry (Second Group) was held at Continuous Education Center of University of Technology for this week, from (2/6/2024) to (5/6/2024). The program will last until all trainees included in the program participate. The number of trainees for this week has reached 94 participants, who were divided into three groups:

The program aims to qualify new employees, enhance work behavior, increase awareness of institutional work, introduce the concept of state and governmental system, organizational behavior rules, integrity and transparency in administrative work, the difference between profession, work and job, the concept of work behavior, the importance of studying work behavior, the goal of studying work behavior, job requirements, behavior and individual behaviors within the institution, work ethics and institutional loyalty, the relationship between ethics and law, the concept of professional ethics, the importance of work ethics, levels of work ethics, the purpose of adhering to work ethics, organizational loyalty, the importance of organizational loyalty and how to develop organizational loyalty behavior, stages of organizational loyalty. Third, job-related ethics, which included the concept of management ethics, the characteristics of work ethics, the management profession, the importance of work ethics and the management profession, the sources of management ethics, the objectives of management ethics, positive ethics, and how employees avoid problems at work and work ethics.
University of Technology Organizes Certification and Training Courses for the New Employees of Oil Ministry
Under the direct supervision of Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khasan, Continuous Education Center at University of Technology has organized certification and training courses for new employees in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia'a al-Sudani. These courses aim to Qualify New Employees, Enhance Work Behavior, and Raise Awareness of Institutional Work and Introduce the Concept of the State and Governmental System, Work Behavior Rules, Integrity and Transparency in Administrative Work, with the Participation of Trainees Representing Oil Ministry.
The course curriculum included topics on work behavior, institutional loyalty, work behavior, personality, and covered the concept of behavior, the basic components of individual behavior, general principles of human behavior, general types of human behavior, the difference between profession, work, and job, the concept of work behavior, the importance of studying work behavior, the goal of studying work behavior, job requirements, behavior, individual behaviors within the institution, work ethics and institutional loyalty, the relationship between ethics and law, the concept of professional ethics, the importance of work ethics, levels of work ethics, the purpose of adhering to work ethics, organizational loyalty, the importance of organizational loyalty, how to develop organizational loyalty behavior, stages of organizational loyalty, and thirdly, work ethics, which included the concept of management ethics, the characteristics of work ethics, the profession of management, the importance of work ethics and the profession of management, the sources of management ethics, the goals of management ethics, positive ethics, how an employee avoids problems at work, and work ethics in the workplace.
Field Visit by the Prime Minister's Advisor to University of Technology
According to the directives of his Excellency, the Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, to train the newly appointed employees and based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between governmental institutions and research and study center, Dr. Qasim Al-Dhalmi, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Youth Affairs, conducted a field visit to the Continuous Education Center at University of Technology. He was welcomed by University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Prof. Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, Director of Continuous Education Center Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan, and Director of the Diwan Affairs Department Asst. Inst. Ziyad Riyadh Al-Anbari.
The purpose of the visit was to inspect the workflow of the training program for newly appointed employees at Oil Ministry. The program is held under the motto (Institutional Loyalty, Work Behavior, Behavioral Principles, and Types of General Human Behavior). This visit comes as part of the second phase of the training program for these employees, and in light of the importance of institutional training and behavioral assessment. Moreover, Al-Dhalmi emphasized the need for joint efforts between government institutions to provide comprehensive training for new employees. At the end of the visit, Al-Ghaban expressed his gratitude and desire to coordinate efforts and achieve joint accomplishments.
