- Prof. Dr. Nisreen Saleh Muhammad/ Secretary of the University Council    (Member)

- Asst.Prof. Dr. Jabbar Khalaf Mhammed/ Head of Electrical Engineering Department (Member)

- Hamid Tohme Hawi/Director of the Oversight and Auditing Department/  Rapporteur of the council of Directors of the Center (Member)
