Pursuant to the directives of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Engineer Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, the Continuous Education Center at the University of Technology hosted a training course for newly appointed employees in the first phase and followed up on trainees from the second phase.

Based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between institutions, research centers, and government studies, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghabban, and the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Farhad Muhammad Usman, visited the University of Technology - Continuous Education Center on Wednesday, 18/9/2024, to inspect and oversee the progress of the new appointees' program and meet with trainees from the Ministry of Oil's formations. He emphasized the importance of the "Organizational Behavior and Institutional Loyalty" course in enhancing optimal behavior and loyalty to the state among trainees.

The University President commended the center's exemplary procedures towards trainees and the provision of all necessary support and facilities suitable for trainees from the Ministry of Oil. On the other hand, he also met with professors responsible for conducting interviews with trainers from the Prime Minister's Office. This visit to the trainees comes in light of the importance of institutional training and evaluating job performance. These courses will continue until all trainees complete the training. The number of trainees for the fourteenth batch this week reached 82 participants, who were divided into three groups

Group 2: Supervised by: Mu'aid Abdulhussein Maryam Muhammad Hussein

Group 3: Supervised by: Dr. Ra'id Hamid Nasser Ms. Rowida Hashem Jabr

It is worth noting that the program aims to qualify new employees, enhance job performance, increase awareness of institutional work, and introduce the concept of the state and the government system, as well as the rules of organizational behavior, integrity, and transparency in administrative work. The program also focuses on how to develop organizational loyalty behavior, the stages of organizational loyalty, and thirdly, the ethics of professional conduct. It covers the concept of administrative ethics, the characteristics of work ethics and the management profession, the importance of work ethics and the management profession, the sources of administrative ethics, the objectives of administrative ethics, positive ethics, how employees can avoid problems at work, and the ethics of work and the profession.

Dr. Ahmad Mohammed Hassan Ghaban, President of the Technological University, along with Professor Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, the University's Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, conducted an inspection visit to the Continuous Education Center to oversee the center's operations and the courses offered within its training program.

Concurrently, the University President and his administrative assistant reviewed the progress of the ministerial committee members as they assessed the quality of continuous education centers across Iraqi universities.

The ministerial committee was welcomed by the Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmad Adnan, the Director of the Continuous Education Center, and the Assistant Professor Dr. Zainab Nasser Jameel, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department. The committee meticulously examined the guidelines for the continuous education centers' quality assessment form, which was prepared by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, paying close attention to all sections and indicators

The ministerial committee examined the records and supporting documents of the Continuous Education Center, commending the center's significant efforts in developing training courses
