To meet the requirements for English language teaching certification, the Continuous Education Center's English Language Division has launched a week-long qualifying course that started on Sunday, October 6, 2024. The course aims to develop the skills of postgraduate degree holders in modern teaching methods and to deliver lectures in English professionally to academics and students in order to enhance their English language proficiency in terms of comprehension and application, thereby facilitating the publication of their research in international journals.
Additionally, the center initiated a general English conversation course. The lectures for this course began on Sunday, October 6, 2024, and are scheduled to run for a week. The course aims to develop graduates' skills in job applications and interviews, in addition to developing their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. It is noteworthy that these courses are held weekly and the lectures are delivered by the head of the English division at the center, Assistant Professor Mayada Rahim Eesa, along with a specialized team within the center. As part of the comprehensive 2024 national education strategy, these courses are incorporated into the training plan, particularly for the month of October.
