Field Visit by the Prime Minister's Advisor to University of Technology

 

According to the directives of his Excellency, the Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, to train the newly appointed employees and based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between governmental institutions and research and study center, Dr. Qasim Al-Dhalmi, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Youth Affairs, conducted a field visit to the Continuous Education Center at University of Technology. He was welcomed by University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Prof. Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, Director of Continuous Education Center Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan, and Director of the Diwan Affairs Department Asst. Inst. Ziyad Riyadh Al-Anbari.

The purpose of the visit was to inspect the workflow of the training program for newly appointed employees at Oil Ministry. The program is held under the motto (Institutional Loyalty, Work Behavior, Behavioral Principles, and Types of General Human Behavior). This visit comes as part of the second phase of the training program for these employees, and in light of the importance of institutional training and behavioral assessment. Moreover, Al-Dhalmi emphasized the need for joint efforts between government institutions to provide comprehensive training for new employees. At the end of the visit, Al-Ghaban expressed his gratitude and desire to coordinate efforts and achieve joint accomplishments.
